Welcome to Janet Savage Therapies –
my home-based practice established in 2002 which is able to offer The Bowen Technique (sometimes referred to as Bowen Therapy) and Reflexology. It is based in north-west Chelmsford in Essex and is easily accessible from Braintree, Danbury, Great Dunmow, Maldon, South Woodham Ferrers, Witham and Writtle.

Since qualifying initially as a Reflexologist and subsequently as a Bowen Therapist I have acquired a vast amount of experience in helping people with many different everyday ailments and disorders. The side effects of the following conditions have been reported to respond to these therapies:

As a Bowen Therapist and Reflexologist I am able to offer these two therapies to all age groups, ranging from very young babies to the elderly and, following a thorough consultation, I am able to recommend which therapy I believe will be the most suitable for the individual concerned.


It should be emphasised that these two therapies are not medical treatments or a substitute for medical advice.

I have a special understanding for those suffering from some form of disability as I have brought up a disabled daughter. Therefore I welcome people suffering from conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease, and Stroke victims.
